To My Valued Hood to Coast Equine Clients;
I am writing to let you know that as of May 1, 2012 I have joined Columbia Equine Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian. Alexis, our amazing office manager at Hood to Coast Equine will thankfully be working at Columbia Equine Hospital as well.
Alexis and I are excited for the move, as it allows us to continue caring for our phenomenal clients and patients, while adding benefits such as in-house emergency coverage, collaboration with a group of veterinarians, a beautiful haul-in facility, and state of the art imaging equipment.
I will continue seeing Hood to Coast Equine patients and will be available to you for both ambulatory and haul-in appointments Monday through Friday. The veterinarians at Columbia Equine Hospital will share on call emergencies, and will be available to you with 24 hour a day access. I will continue to have “in area” days to keep your call fees low, and Wellness Plans will continue to be honored and available. Please program the phone number for Columbia Equine Hospital into your cell phones so you can schedule appointments for your horses, and feel free to ask to speak with Alexis when you call.
In addition to the services and personalized care you have come to expect with Hood to Coast Equine, we will now be able to offer Nuclear Scintigraphy (Bone Scan), Shock Wave Therapy, IRAP and PRP treatments for tendon and ligament injuries, stallion and mare reproductive services, in-house surgery and overnight hospitalization. Also available is an online pharmacy which will allow you to directly order medications from the Columbia Equine Hospital website at prices competitive with other online stores.
We will be holding an open house at Columbia Equine Hospital in June to allow opportunity for you to see the facility as well as to meet the doctors and staff. An email newsletter will follow shortly with information on this open house.
